Los Murmullos wins award at the Fall edition of Angus Expo

Mama mía, a heifer from Los Murmullos cattle ranch, was selected as the Reserved Grand Champion Female of the Fall edition of the Angus Expo. This year, the Argentine Angus Association celebrated its 80th anniversary with a special indoor edition of its traditional fall expo, at the tracks of the Palermo Exhibition Hall.

Los Murmullos: Award-winning Hereford in South Argentina

The Argentine Association of Hereford Breeders selected Los Murmullos ranch for the Niagara Award as the Best Registered Purebred Ranch of the 2023 Patagonian Circuit. The award recognizes the outstanding performance that the ranch achieved in Patagonian exhibitions during the year.

Leaving a mark on the future of genetics at Elite event

The 14th edition of the event led by Carlos Ojea Rullán was held at La Rural cattle exhibition in Palermo, Buenos Aires, Argentina. The great celebration of Elite Livestock Genetics gathered more than 500 participants. Highlights: 50% of a heifer from Los Murmullos reached the record of 16 million pesos, while a pregnant Angus reached 18 million pesos.

Los Murmullos holds its 11th Annual Auction

At the 11th edition of the annual auction organized by Los Murmullos cattle ranch, 695 breeding stock of the Angus and Polled Hereford breeds were acquired by more than 50 buyers from all over the country. The event took place at Estancia El Retiro, in Nueva Galia, San Luis province, Argentina, and was led by Alfredo S. Mondino.
